Welcome to Storage Ealing. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our storage services. By renting a storage unit with us, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- Provider: Storage Ealing.
- User: Any individual or entity renting a storage unit.
- Agreement: The contract between the User and the Provider for storage services.
2. Storage Unit Usage
2.1 Permitted Use
You may use the storage unit solely for storing personal or business belongings. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal substances
- Items of substantial value requiring special security
2.2 Size and Capacity
Ensure that the items you store do not exceed the size and capacity of the unit you have rented. Overloading or improper stacking may lead to damage or safety hazards.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Rental Fees
The rental fee is due monthly, starting from the date of agreement signing. Payment must be made via the accepted methods outlined in your rental agreement.
3.2 Late Payments
Late payments will incur a penalty fee as specified in your agreement. Continuous late payments may result in termination of your storage unit rental.
4. Security and Access
4.1 Access Hours
Users are granted access to their storage units during the facility's operating hours. Unauthorized access outside these hours is prohibited.
4.2 Security Measures
While we implement standard security measures, including cameras and secure locking systems, Users are responsible for securing their own possessions. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items stored unless caused by our negligence.
5. Liability
Storage Ealing is not liable for:
- Loss or damage of items stored, unless caused by our direct negligence.
- Unauthorized access by third parties.
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events.
Users are encouraged to insure their belongings independently.
6. Termination of Agreement
6.1 Termination by User
You may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as specified in your contract. All stored items must be removed by the termination date to avoid additional fees.
6.2 Termination by Provider
Storage Ealing reserves the right to terminate the agreement for violation of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. In such cases, stored items may be disposed of following legal protocols.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ealing.
8. Amendments
Storage Ealing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the storage services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with your rental agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Storage Ealing, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.
By renting a storage unit with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
